    Thats not what those indentations are for, they reduce "drag" so food has less of a chance to stick to the blade.

    I clicked on the thumb nail because I was almost sure she was going to slice through her thumb.

    Part 2-Also everyone notice after she makes the cut she tell you to use a claw hold while gripping the tomato, but rewind the video and look what she does! I half expected to see her fingers laying there with the slices. Also freeze your video at 0:22 and look how she stores her knife thrown in a drawer!?? Is her next video going to be about proper knife storage? Expert Village…a mixture of comedy and tragedy; the comedy is their ignorance…the tragedy is if a beginner thinks this right!

    As soon as I saw that grip with finger on top of the handle I new I was dealing with another beginner without a clue That is so dangerous, no one with professional chef's training would recommend this grip. I own this knife she is using in my collection and I can make just as good cut with my Shun model. #DMO706 Chef's Knife. The three main safety feature of knife handling is a secure grip, proper sharpening, safe storage. Expert Village my ass…Another village idiot has escaped.
