Mispronounced Zwilling , it's supposed to sound like eye, as in an eye for details ~ say it is Friodour Ice hardened , not designed with Friodour, like its an ingredient in the steel . Friodour is the ice-hardening believed to be a technique of literally cooling the steel after forging to get it down to freezing. Also, if She actually cooked and used knives , She would know that a granton edge to reduce friction when cutting food is so that the food does not stick to the blade and falls off of it , not " to give less damage to the food …" Who does She know , to get a job misrepresenting wonderful knives like Zwilling ? /facepalm ~

This was my first santoku knife. I´ve made seven puukkos alltogether. Puukko is a finnish knife. I´ve just started this hobby.
